For Therapists

Non-Clinical Support for Your Clients

I provide non-clinical, executive-function and resiliency coaching that helps clients implement the work they’re already doing in therapy.

Coaching Focus

Practical Support Between Sessions

Daily Structure

Build realistic routines, planning rhythms, and supportive weekly structure.

Follow-Through

Turn intentions into manageable next steps and repeatable action.

Accountability

Create compassionate check-ins that support progress without shame.

EF Skill-Building

Strengthen planning, prioritizing, task initiation, and organization skills.

Life-Flow Systems

Design practical systems that fit the client’s real life and capacity.

Habit Scaffolding

Use small supports and cues to make new habits easier to sustain.

Clear Boundaries

What I Don’t Do

Coaching is not therapy. I do not provide therapy, trauma processing, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical intervention.

When clinical care is needed, I encourage clients to work with an appropriately licensed provider. My role is to support practical implementation and day-to-day follow-through.
